JUNIOR ARCHITECT
OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION
Support the development of architectural and interior design projects, from spatial conceptualization to the preparation of construction documents. Preparation of drawings, details, modeling, presentation design, and research.
Bachelor’s degree in: Architecture required.
Specialization, diploma, or experience in Interior Design preferred.

EXPERIENCE
1 year of experience in the development of architectural and/or interior design projects.
Experience in:
● Development of architectural and interior design conceptual proposals.
● 3D modeling and generation of visualizations for projects.
● Preparation of architectural drawings and interior construction documents.
● Development of construction details and finish specifications.
● Integration and coordination of technical drawings (electrical, lighting, plumbing, voice and data, etc.).
● Development of graphic presentations and client materials.
● Basic coordination with engineers, suppliers, and project team.
● Support in budgeting, quotations, and supplier management.
● Support in monitoring and controlling project development.
KNOWLEDGE

PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Project development
● Support the development of architectural and interior conceptual proposals.
● Prepare architectural drawings, construction documents, and construction details.
● Develop 3D modeling and graphic material for project presentations.
● Integrate materiality, finishes, and spatial narrative criteria into project development.
● Coordinate information with engineers and specialists for the technical integration of the design.
● Prepare executive presentations and communication materials for clients.
● Follow up on adjustments derived from internal reviews.
Project team support
● Support senior architects in the development of drawings and project documentation.
● Participate in the preparation of delivery books, portfolios, and deliverables.
● Collaborate in the development of proposals for competitions and bids.
● Provide information for weekly project reports.
● Participate in project close-out evaluations.
Management and support
● Support cost estimates and quotations for additional scope.
● Support supplier management and follow-up on specifications.
● Register work hours in the administrative tool.
● Contribute to the optimization of material and economic resources of the project.
