JUNIOR ARCHITECT

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Support in the development of architectural projects and executive projects. Drawing plans, details, virtual models, design of presentations and research.

Degree in: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related.

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-2 years in development of architectural conceptual proposals, architectural projects, 3D architectural projects and presentations.
  • 1-2 years in the development of executive projects, coordination and validation with engineering and external suppliers.
  • 1-2 years in interpretation and coordination of technical plans (electrical, lighting, plumbing, voice and data, etc.)
  • 1-2 years in negotiation with suppliers.
  • 1-2 years in project management and budget development of architectural projects.

SKILLS

    • AutoCAD 2D & 3D
    • Sketch up
    • Suite Adobe
    • Microsoft Office
  • Basic:
    • Revit
    • Project management tools (Basecamp, Wrike, MS project)
  • Nice to have:
    • 3D MAX / Rhino

PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development:
    • Develop the scope of the project.
    • Attend and develop adjustments and / or extras of the project.
    • Support Senior Architect in the development of plans and information for the realization of delivery book, portfolio and productables.
    • Fulfill the development of activities and work programs in a timely manner.
    • Make record of project work hours in the Administrative Tool.
    • Contribute innovative and prospective ideas.
    • Develop structural, construction, engineering and exterior plans.
    • Support Senior Architect in the generation of final versions of the project for the development of models.
    • Provide information for weekly project reports.
    • Participate in project closure evaluation.
    • Participate in the development of ideas for competitions and bids based on the directives of General Management.
  • General:
    • Support the quotation of costs and scope of extras.
    • Provide support in the administration of material and economic resources of the project.
