ADMINISTRATIVE INTERN
OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO
Provide support to the Administrative Coordinator in the execution of processes, guidelines, and management of administrative information, ensuring the functionality, availability, and existence of services and material resources necessary for the operation of the firm.
Bachelor’s degree or current student in: Business Administration, Finance, and/or Accounting.

ACTIVIDADES
Financial Administration:

Support in the registration of income, expenses, and transfers in the administrative tool.

Assist in generating income and expense reports.
-
Participate in the consolidation of information for the administrative meeting.
-
Prepare preliminary information for accounting firm.
-
Follow up on tax strategies dictated by the accounting firm.
-
Follow up on Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
-
Support in client collections follow-up.
-
Carry out procedures and obtain quotes as designated by the Administrative Coordinator.
-
Process purchase orders, requisitions, and payment requests.
-
Support in the follow-up of scheduled payments.
-
Update AR and AP calendar.
-
Follow up on purchases of supplies, services, and fixed assets.
-
Follow up on vendor quotations.
Human Resources:

Organize and file personnel records.
-
Support in staff onboarding.
-
Participate in termination, resignation, or dismissal procedures.
Office Administration:

Generate quotations and/or negotiations with suppliers.

Coordinate purchase of office supplies.

Classify office information in folders.
-
Organize information for filing in archives.
-
Organize the office library.
-
Populate and organize the office contact database.

Update and organize the office agenda.

Follow up on maintenance of office furniture and equipment.
