OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

Generate and transmit a line of communication and narrative, according to the firm's DNA in graphic and written media; integrating the Think Tank's content plan in order to strengthen the development and positioning of the brand. Follow up on the constant search for alliances with Universities and Institutions of the guild.

Bachelor's Degree in: Marketing, Architecture, Graphic Design, Communication.

Master's degree or specialization in: Design, Cultural Management, History or Theory of Architecture and/or Art (desirable) Sociology, Philosophy and Letters.

PROCESS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Planning:

- Manage the generation of ideas and design proposals for the firm.

- Follow up on the digital and physical search of information for digital content.

- Create visual content for presentations for different areas of the company.

- Generate content strategies for clients.

- Schedule publications, events and conferences that strengthen internal and external communication.

- Plan communication strategies for the firm, aligned to the objectives.

- Generate communication strategies for the firm to project to external audiences.

- Provide design and content guidelines for producibles.

- Internal/external communication:

- Generate descriptive texts for publications and follow up on their development.

- Select and evaluate suppliers/publishers.

- Follow up on deliverables (delivery book, deliverables, producibles, portfolio and publications) with the work team.

- Support the General Management in the validation of the quality of content and presentation of publications.

- Follow up on the quality of publications until their final printing.

- Generate learning resources.

- Constantly update the Director General's CV.

- Review dissemination content for publications in selected media. o Authorize publications in selected media.

- Authorize publications of media content.

- Plan publication schedule in conjunction with the Communication and Design Coordinator and the General Director.

- Transmit the image and narrative guidelines of the office.

- Review reports of statistics and visits to digital media.

- Creation of content and graphic material for the communication of the office's ideas.

- Oversee the development of stationery design, aligned with the firm's DNA.

- Review and approve office presentations and portfolios.

- Evaluate and validate final design deliverables.

- Oversee the rational, efficient and productive use of resources.

- Review and validate delivery book, portfolio and deliverables for dispatch.

- Ensure compliance with activities and work schedules in a timely manner.

- Generate design line and supervise internal and external newsletter dissemination.

- Events/Contests/Linkage:

- Oversee updating control of events, contests, scholarships, awards, biennials, conferences and Universities.

- Define planning and follow up on the development of events and experiences for clients.

- Select and validate quotations from material suppliers for events, contests, conferences, gifts.

- Review integration of information to CRM.

- Think Tank:

- Conduct research and development of proposals for grants, fellowships and research funds.

- Conduct research in the Think Tank area.

- Conduct research and evaluate proposals for conferences and forums for the presentation of ideas and work of the firm.

- Manage and strengthen relationship with Universities for talent attraction.

- Business development:

- Supervise and carry out searches for tenders and bids based on General Management's guidelines.

- Attend events related to the environment, assigned by the General Management.

- Coordinate the execution of events approved by General Management.

- General:

- Generate Networking with members of other law firms.

- Contribute to the company's profitability, guaranteeing the rational, efficient and productive use of resources.
